A hospitality partner built by people who understand hotels.
We built Orange Falcon Hospitality Group around a simple premise: hotel performance improves when operations, sales, revenue, and guest experience are managed as one connected system, not as separate departments competing for attention.
Built on hospitality experience, not theory.
Orange Falcon Hospitality Group was formed to give hotel owners and operators access to the kind of specialized, hands-on management expertise that's usually only available inside large hotel companies. We work across reputation, sales, revenue, accounting, regional oversight, and digital marketing, treating each discipline as part of one connected strategy.
We've seen how easily hotel performance can fragment when departments operate in isolation, when a strong sales quarter is undercut by weak revenue discipline, or when a great guest experience never gets translated into reviews that actually move the needle on OTA visibility. Our approach exists to close those gaps.
Every engagement starts the same way: understanding the property, its market, its ownership goals, and where performance is currently leaking. From there, we build a strategy specific to that property, not a template pulled from somewhere else.
Four principles that guide every engagement.
Hospitality first
We think like operators before we think like advisors. Every recommendation has to work on a busy Saturday night, not just on a slide.
Evidence over instinct
Pricing, staffing, and marketing decisions are grounded in demand data and performance trends, not gut feel.
Ownership alignment
We manage every property as if the outcome were ours to own, because ultimately, performance is what we're measured on.
Consistency over heroics
Great single moments matter less than a standard operating procedure followed every shift, every day.
A partner in the details, not just the strategy.
We work alongside ownership and on-site teams rather than delivering a strategy document and stepping back. That means being present in the numbers every month, in the guest feedback every week, and in the operational rhythm of the property, so recommendations are grounded in what's actually happening on the ground.
It also means being honest about trade-offs. Hospitality strategy is full of decisions with real costs on both sides — rate versus occupancy, cost control versus guest experience, short-term wins versus long-term positioning. We'd rather have that conversation directly than promise outcomes we can't stand behind.
Curious how we'd approach your property?
Every engagement starts with a conversation about your property, your market, and where you want performance to go.
